In 2018 we began work with Alps Sangakukyo to develop a community DMO (destination management organization) in the mountainous west-side of Matsumoto city.
Seth was asked to head up the community development department of the newly established legal entity officially know as Matsumoto City Alps Sangakukyo (一般社団法人松本市アルプス山岳郷).
As a strategy we began with an interview seriese that featured community members who had interesting ideas and practices they were working on and we felt worth highlighting.
