Vision alone isn’t enough

I have heard the words vision, purpose, mission, and core values thrown around a lot. I think the word vision is used most though. Probably because it sounds cool and invokes a sense of a new future just waiting to be built.

Don’t get me wrong, a clear vision is really important. And so is a noble purpose and worthwhile core values. But no matter how beautiful of a vision you may have without an integrated and engaged team.

What does an integrated and engaged team look like? Maybe a better question is how do they act in relation to the goals set before them?

If you are trying to get your team to engage and be more productive a great place to start is clarifying your WHY, WHAT, and WHERE.

  • WHERE are we (your team) going and
  • WHY does it matter (to your audience)?
  • WHAT is my role (your team members rolls)?

Our Move Camp training is designed to help teams and individuals on the journey to discover and define these things so you can have more impact where you want to. For more info check our product page here.
